Each piece listed is produced as a single, unique item. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee the piece until availability and payment are confirmed by LUTENEBRA. Once payment is received, the order is final.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is completed through the secure payment link sent after a reservation is confirmed.
Orders within Morocco are delivered within 1–4 business days. International orders are delivered within 15–30 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing on international shipments, and LUTENEBRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or couriers.
Because each piece is a single, unique item, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos sent to our Contact page.
