Some pieces are available in stock and some are offered as pre-orders. A pre-order is a reservation for a piece that is produced after you order, made to the size and height you provide. Your order is confirmed only when we receive your deposit and we confirm it to you on WhatsApp.
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Shipping is shown before you confirm your order. For pre-orders, you pay a deposit (currently 100 MAD per piece) by bank transfer, and the remaining balance in cash to the courier on delivery. When you order 2 or more pieces together, we apply a discount (currently 10% off the total of the pieces, shipping excluded). The discount and the total deposit are shown before you confirm your order. For in-stock orders within Morocco, payment is cash on delivery. International buyers can pay through PayPal.
The prices shown during our launch are launch prices. They apply only to a limited number of pieces, shown on the product page, and may change afterwards, including by more than 30%. A price change never affects an order you have already confirmed.
Pre-order pieces are made to your measurements. Please check your size and height carefully before ordering. If your measurements look unclear to us, we will contact you on WhatsApp before production starts.
The estimated delivery time of each pre-order is shown on the order page and confirmed to you in writing. Unless another date is stated there, we deliver within 30 days after your deposit is confirmed. Orders within Morocco are shipped by courier and arrive within 1–4 business days of dispatch. International orders take 15–30 business days. Delays caused by customs or couriers are outside our control. If we exceed the stated delivery date by more than 7 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Please be reachable by phone on the delivery day: repeated refusal of a delivery may lead us to decline your future orders.
Pre-order deposits are not refundable if you change your mind, because each piece is made specifically to your measurements. Your deposit is refunded in full if we cannot produce or deliver your piece (for a multi-piece order, the deposit for the pieces we cannot produce or deliver), if we cancel your order, or if the delivery is late by more than 7 days. Refunds are made within 15 days, to the account you paid from.
Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect or if the piece does not match the measurements you gave us. In-stock pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition, in line with Moroccan consumer law. Please report any defect on WhatsApp as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Your legal warranty rights under Moroccan law are not affected.
The LUTENEBRA name, logo, designs, and all content on this site are the property of LUTENEBRA. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to solve any problem amicably.
