Waitlist: your name and email address.
Orders and pre-orders: your name, phone number, city, delivery address, size and height, and optionally your Instagram handle and notes.
Payments: for bank transfers, we see the receipt you send us on WhatsApp. We do not collect or store payment card data.
We use your information to contact you, confirm and produce your order, arrange delivery and payment, keep the sales records the law requires and, for the waitlist, to tell you when LUTENEBRA launches. We do not sell your data.
Our courier, OzonExpress, receives your name, phone number, city, address and the parcel details to deliver your order. Our hosting provider stores the data on its servers. WhatsApp, Instagram and PayPal process data if you use them to contact or pay us, under their own policies. Some of this processing may therefore take place outside Morocco.
Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them. Order details are kept as long as needed to fulfil your order and for the period our accounting obligations require.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop sending you launch updates, at any time — message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page.
This website does not use accounts, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. The forms described above are the only data this site collects. Your bag and language choice are kept in your own browser and are not sent to us.
Under Moroccan law (Law 09-08), businesses that process personal data are generally required to declare that processing to the CNDP. LUTENEBRA is completing this step. If you have questions about this, feel free to reach out.
