To reserve a piece, you enter your name, phone number, and delivery address in a form on this site. This information is not sent to or stored on any LUTENEBRA server or database. It is assembled directly in your browser into a WhatsApp message, which you then send to us yourself. From that point on, it exists only in that WhatsApp conversation, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
This website does not use accounts, analytics, or tracking of any kind. Aside from the delivery form described above, we do not collect, store, or process any personal data through lutenebra.com.
When you follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, or PayPal, you leave lutenebra.com and become subject to that platform's own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing Meta's privacy policy for WhatsApp and Instagram, and PayPal's privacy policy for payments made there.
If LUTENEBRA later stores orders on a server, adds customer accounts, or introduces analytics, this policy will be updated first, and — where required by Moroccan law (Law 09-08) — the relevant processing will be declared to the CNDP before it goes live.
